Has over 18 years of industry experience. Was engaged in Management and HR Consulting with a Dubai-based Management Consultancy firm for 5 years. Was a visiting Faculty member at the European University College, Brussels (Dubai Regional Branch) and the Tata Management Development Centre. Helped establish the federal authority on Human Resource Development and Employment in the UAE. Is currently an Associate Professor handling HR verticals at LIBA. He is also the Chairperson of International Collaborations at LIBA.

Having acquired a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, Fr. Emmanuel undertakes counseling for our students as a part of Personality and Soft Skill Development efforts taken by the Institute and also teaches psychology-related courses in the area of Organizational Behavior and Effective Business Communication.

Has also conducted several training programmes for these organisations. Has been a Faculty at different institutes, including the University of Madras and IIT-Madras. Is a Fulbright scholar from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA in the areas of Leadership and Management. Susan is a HR professional who has worked in the industry for the last 18 years. Her last held position has been that of Head-HR for the Murugappa Group. Her areas of interest are in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. Besides teaching courses in the area of Strategic HRM while currently pursuing her Ph.D. at IIT-Madras, she is also the Chairperson of the Placement Cell at LIBA.

Dr. Sivasubramaniam popularly known as Dr. TAS was a senior manager in Transport Corporation of Tamil Nadu. Besides 10 years of industrial experience, he was a Senior Professor at the Anna Institute of Management for 24 years. With a rich experience of designing and conducting MDPs for executives on various behavioural horizontals, Dr. TAS renders academic and consulting services to several leading organisations and institutes. Besides being the Chairperson of the Executive Postgraduate Programmes, he teaches Organisational Behaviour and guides doctoral students at LIBA. He has written two books on management and has published several research articles in reputed marketing journals.
