Le Vox Populi – which translates to ‘Voice of the People’ in Latin, stands testimony to the meaning of its name. It holds profound similarity to the functions of Human Resources Profession. During the learning phase the students have only little exposure to human resources domain. In order to provide greater exposure to the students, the club serves as an excellent platform for all HR enthusiasts to come forward and exchange their ideas relating to the latest trends of HR, to explore the vast ocean of HR knowledge and to sustain and preserve the ideals of Human resource management. The club has adopted various conventional and unconventional methods to help students be updated about all the contemporary events in the field of HR and continuously strives to strike a balance between the industry needs and academia and upgrade & enhance the required competencies through knowledge sharing & learning.

HR Buddy allocation:
In order to foster intellectual and interest based relations between the two batches at LIBA, and at the same time also make it easier for the first year students to understand the way the club works, each junior HR club member is mapped one to one with a senior HR club member, called a buddy.
For students who were keen to take up a career in the HR field, Le Vox Populi coordinated sessions with Prof. Sridhar Ganesh, HR Professor & Chairperson, MDC. The sessions aimed at making students ready for the placements that were round the corner. Refreshing sessions on HR concepts and practices were organised.
entHRaller was a team event organised exclusively for LIBAites. The event was planned to be a series of events and competitions which would be conducted online. First of the series was an online quiz which had participants from both F14 and F15. The series aimed to be an icebreaker between the seniors and the juniors and paved way for the juniors to find likeminded HR enthusiasts in the big group of seniors. The winners and runners up were awarded a cash prize of Rs.500 and Rs.300 respectively.
Chrysalis – RuptuHRa
Chrysalis, the annual management event of LIBA, witnessed RuptuHRa, the HR event of LIBA as the most happening event of the year. It was a gathering for a little disruptive refreshment for altering and bettering HR. Shaking it up, changing and opening minds, targeted learning and leading, as well as a little challenge. After battling it out amongst over 40 B schools across the country, the top 5 finalist teams witnessed an intense war of wits. From testing their creativity, to their negotiation skills, to demonstrating their convincing powers, to presentation skills or be it their in-depth HR knowledge, RuptuHRa had it all.

Role Play between CEO and HR Team of an organization. Plot being HR hearing rumours about CEO decided to Scrap the HR Department
