Dr. Madhuri Malhotra has a Doctorate in Finance from IIT Madras, Chennai, India. She is a Gold Medallist at Masters level. She has worked as Assistant Professor with Madras School of Economics, Chennai, before joining LIBA and has a teaching and research experience for more than 14 years. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Theology from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University) Agra. Her teaching and research interests include financial markets, corporate finance, business ethics, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and financial market microstructure. She has guided many post graduate research projects. She has presented her research work in refereed international conferences and seminars. Recently she received the “Best Paper” award for one of her research papers presented in the International Conference held at Bangkok in 2017. She has published her research work in many international journals of repute. She has organised workshops and conferences in the areas of financial analysis and financial markets. She was awarded as “Outstanding Women in Management” by Venus International Foundation in 2018. She is a member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and an executive committee member of System Society of India, Chennai Chapter.
