Management development Programmes are conducted
periodically to provide a good and thorough
understanding on theoretical frameworks and contemporary
practices in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
covering various aspects like contemporary practices,
challenges and opportunities for improvement and IT for
Supply Chain management.
Though there has been wide application of information
technology, still there are gaps in operational
efficiencies mainly because of mismatch in technology
linkages, intermediary party's capability and command on
resources and inadequate or rather slow absorption of
skill sets by professionals. The Management Development
programme focuses on sharpening these areas with
academic insights provided by LIBA and experience in
technology and solutions by TAKE Solutions Ltd. There is
also a component of lab facilities where hands on
experience on problem solution are provided.
