MDP on Leadership & Innovation for Professionals

The Management Development Centre (MDC) at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) launched the Management Development Programme on “Leadership & Innovation for Professionals”, for M/s Purchasing Power IT & Business Solutions India LLP on 22nd November 2025 at 8:45 AM. Dr. Sunil Vakayil, Chair MDC gave the inaugural address in the presence of company leaders including Ms. Shaan K., Director HR; Mr. Giby George, Director IT; Mr. Prabhakar, Senior Manager Business Functions; and Mr. Sathish S., Director Data Science. Resource persons Prof. Aiswarya and Ms. Achamma Abraham welcomed the participants, setting a purposeful tone for the program. Designed to equip professionals with skills in creative leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, and change management, the program aims to foster continuous improvement and drive professional success.
