BMI Session – 10

The tenth session of the Beyond Management Initiatives (BMI) for 2024-25 was led by Mr. Arjun Balan, Co-Founder of Symbiate Ventures. In his talk, titled “Corporate Leader to Start-up Founder: Reinventing the Career Path,” Mr. Balan shared valuable insights into transitioning from a corporate leadership role to founding a start-up. He discussed key strategies for launching a business and emphasized the importance of sustainability for long-term success in the start-up world. The objective of the Beyond Management Initiatives is to have an ongoing Industry connect and also expose students to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
