BMI Session 13

The thirteenth session of the Beyond Management Initiatives (BMI) at LIBA for the year 2024-25 was held on 11^th December 2024, and was addressed by Mr. Badri S. Narayanan, Director of Carisma Solutions. Titled “Industry Readiness,” it covered the evolution that various industries have undergone and Mr. Narayanan’s personal experiences within the industry. The objective of the Beyond Management Initiatives is to have an ongoing Industry connect and also expose a student to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
