BMI Session -9
The 9th session of the Beyond Management Initiative (BMI) for the 2024-25 academic year, held on 13th November 2024, was led by Mr. Ashkar Gomez on the topic of “Growth Marketing.” Mr. Gomez provided a detailed overview of growth marketing, emphasizing its strategic, data-driven role in expanding business reach and profitability. He discussed common business challenges, such as scaling issues, low profit margins, and poor customer understanding, which can hinder growth and lead to failure. A key insight was the importance of structured marketing in business sustainability, focusing not only on customer acquisition but also on retention and loyalty by understanding customer needs and nurturing long-term relationships.
