The fourth session of the Beyond Management Initiatives (BMI) at LIBA, held on 10th September 2024, in collaboration with the Innovation and Incubation Council, featured Dr. Mohan Kancharla, Independent Advisor and Author, and Mr. Vignesh Kesarala Raja, Co-founder and CTO of Panoray Ventures. They spoke on the topic “User-Centered Innovation in the Digital Era,” discussing the digital transformation of today’s corporate landscape and the significance of digital thinking in the current business environment. The objective of the Beyond Management Initiatives is to have an ongoing Industry connect and also expose a student to many societal elements which contribute to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
