“The session was very informative and to the point. The insights and points on how to develop a business and to maintain and sustain it during uncertain situation is much needed now. Major takeaway Is how we look business in times of uncertainty? Profit or people. Having a culture that recognise people is a major motivation in the pandemic like recognising the restaurant bearer as heros. Thanks for the interesting and interactive session. Kudos to team.”

“It was such an insightful session. It was good to know that KFC prioritises not only its customers but employees as well. KFC has always been one of the most loved fast-food chains but after this session, I became aware why this is the case. Shivashish sir explained the marketing concept very well. We appreciate his efforts to take out time from his busy schedule and influence us to become good marketers. Thank you.”

“Mr. Shivashish Pandey’s eloquent presentation provided great insight into the business building of KFC Indonesia and how the chain is sustaining through these chaotic pandemic times.
We were able to learn about the foreign QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and how it functions. The resilience of the KFC brand in spite of lowering sales given the pandemic, was attributed to the central philosophy of KFC, which being purpose and people before profits. This is sentiment is very inspiring.”
