Diwali – Radiance’24

Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) celebrated Diwali with a vibrancy that brought together students, faculty, and staff in a spirit of light, unity, and cultural richness on 28^th October 2024. The festivities began with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a prayer, followed by a meaningful address by Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun, Director-LIBA, who highlighted the symbolism of Diwali as the triumph of light over darkness and the importance of shared joy. A range of performances followed, from energetic dances by the INARA team to musical renditions by Concordia and classical Indian music by Mr. Sai Sudharshan. Students were engaged during the planning and execution of this mega event, to critically analyse the role of traditional values in leadership, promoting value-based decision-making, teamwork, and lifelong learning, all influenced by the unity and togetherness that Diwali represents.
