Faculty Retreat 2025

The three-day annual Faculty Retreat was held from 26th – 28th April 2025 at LIBA. Dr. C. Joe Arun, SJ, Director, LIBA highlighted two key areas for the retreat Re-viewing and Re-imagining. He shared his vision of embracing flexibility in education through Hybrid learning, Experiential learning, and Collaborative teaching and urged faculty to adhere to the framework: Vision, Strategy, Execution, Control, and Evaluation. Strategic goals must include becoming platform literate, integrate AI across the board, and collectively work he said. The Review and the Action Plan for Academics, Admissions, Placements, Administrative Areas, Centres, and Clubs were presented by the respective Officials, Area Chairs, and Centre Heads. Fr. Director appreciated and acknowledged the great work done by faculty in the previous year and made constructive recommendations for the upcoming academic year.
