Faculty Seminar Series (FSS) #7

The Faculty Seminar Series 2024-25, led by Prof. Shanthi Venkatesh, took place on 6^th December 2024, with the topic “Transformative Service Research (TSR) – Review & Scope.” In her session, Prof. Shanthi Venkatesh introduced the emerging field of Transformative Service Research, which focuses on outcome-based services designed to contribute to social transformation by improving the well-being of individuals and communities. She highlighted the importance of policy discussions that arise from studying the experiences of disadvantaged consumers.
