International Conference on Human Resources Management (ICHRM)

The International Conference on Human Resources Management (ICHRM) 2025, hosted by the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) in collaboration with Santa Clara University and Le Moyne College, USA took place on 7th and 8th March 2025, at LIBA’s campus in Chennai. With the theme “Reimagining Human Resources and the Workplace in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” the conference brought together global experts, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the evolving role of HR in an AI-driven workplace. Featuring 70 research papers from India and abroad, the event covered key topics such as AI integration, workforce transformation, and ethical governance. Keynote addresses by Prof. Subramaniam Vincent, Director, Journalism and Media Ethics, Santa Clara University and Dr. Richard Reed, Assistant Professor, Human Resources Management, Le Moyne College, highlighted AI’s impact on media, workplace dynamics, and the importance of human expertise in the age of AI. The conference concluded with a thought-provoking address by Rev. Fr. S. George, SJ, Director, XLRI Jamshedpur, emphasizing the need for ethical leadership and research in the future of work.
