Jamming 2024
The annual musical tradition at LIBA, Jamming 2024, was held on 24th July 2024. It aimed to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among students from the F23 and F24 batches and to create an engaging and inclusive environment where students from different batches could connect and build relationships through shared musical experiences. The theme for the day was “Shades of Blue.” As the sea of blue filled the auditorium, the event commenced with a prayer song by Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun SJ, Director-LIBA. A sweet moment with a cake-cutting ceremony to congratulate Fr. Director on his appointment as Chairman of the Tamil Nadu State Minorities Commission kicked of the festivities with the LIBA Choir, Concordia, setting the tone for the night with three beautiful performances. This was followed by various solo and group performances by students from the F23 and F24 batches, complemented by excellent cameos from the Choir. Overall, the event served as a perfect icebreaker between the F23 and F24 batches, and the discovery of hidden talents made it a memorable experience for all.
