MDP for Dalmia

Management Development Centre (MDC), LIBA, conducted a Residential Management Development Programme for the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Managers of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. on 3rd, 4th and 5th January 2020. Dr. Kumar Krishnamoorthy (L&D Head – South and North East, Dalmia Cement Ltd.) inaugurated the programme. Rev. Fr. Joe Arun, Director – LIBA, gave the presidential address. The dignitaries present were, Mr. Sudalai Muthu (Head, Cluster 1, SCM, Dalmia Cement Ltd.), Mr. Sanjeev Mital (Head, Cluster 2, SCM, Dalmia Cement Ltd.) and Dr. M.J. Xavier (Chair – MDC). The executives were given inputs in the area of project evaluation, capital budgeting, costing and analytic procedure in logistics. They also were exposed to some amount of micro and macro economics. Dr. P. Chandiran, Dr. M.P. Pandikumar, Dr. Aravindh Kumaran, Dr. M. Ramasubramaniam and Dr. Chitra Rangamani were the resource persons. About 20 executives from various States of India participated.
