Operational Excellence Program (OEP-02)

The second session of Operational Excellence Program (OEP – 2), a dynamic lecture series designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice, equipping participants with the essential skills for thriving in operations management was held at LIBA on 30^th August 2024. This initiative features industry experts and distinguished alumni like Mr. Aviral Chaturvedi, Assistant Delivery Manager for Hyper automation at Unilever. Mr. Chaturvedi, who began his career as an Assistant Manager Trainee in Logistics Process Excellence before transitioning to Unilever’s Hyper automation platform, shared his extensive expertise in automation and process excellence. The aim of the program was to encourage networking with logistics and supply chain professionals, deepen knowledge in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and facilitate training programs to enhance placement opportunities.
