Dr. Akanksha is a gold medalist in Human Resource Management from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA). Her PhD work on Workforce Diversity and Employee Well-Being was awarded as the Best PhD Thesis at IIT-Madras. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed international journals.
Dr. Akanksha Jaiswal is an alumnus of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) where she was a double gold medalist. After receiving the prestigious UGC NET JRF award, she pursued her doctoral degree at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Her thesis on Workforce Diversity and Employee Wellbeing won the Best PhD thesis award. She then returned to LIBA in 2018 and has been teaching subjects related to Human Resources such as Organizational Behavior, HR management and HR Analytics. She is adept in both online and offline teaching modes and thoroughly engages her students with activity-based learning, both inside and outside the classrooms. She has also taken up various consultancy assignments and conducted corporate training programs. She is passionate about research and has widely published in top quartile journals listed in Web of science, Scopus, and ABDC. She is an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and is a sought-after speaker and trainer at various Faculty Development Programs.
