Dr.Archana Raja has a Doctorate in Marketing from Anna University, Chennai. She has 7 years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience. She was awarded as the ‘Young Women Educator and Scholar Award’ from NFED’ 2015 and was nominated for Best Women Faculty Award by Research Gateway’2020. She is also SLET qualified academician Her research interests includes the areas of Customer Relationship Management, Tourism Marketing, Digital and Social Media Marketing apart from Services Marketing. Her research works have been published in ABDC listed Journals. She is also a rank holder at her Masters level. She has guided many post graduate research projects. She has presented her research work in refereed international conferences and seminars. She has organised workshops and guest lectures in the area of Personality Development and Marketing. She is a Syndicate Board of Studies Member for University of Mysore. She is also a Reviewer, International Technical Committee for ICMBT’2020.

Dr. Archana Raja is a distinguished Marketing Professor at Loyola Institute of Business
Administration in Chennai, known for her expertise in Marketing and Aviation. With a Ph.D. in
Services Marketing from Anna University, she combines academic knowledge with industry
experience from companies like Thomas Cook and Air India. Dr. Raja’s teaching philosophy
emphasizes interactive learning and real-world applications. Her research, published in reputable
journals, covers topics such as service quality and consumer engagement. As Co-Chair of the Centre
for Sales Excellence and coordinator of various clubs, she actively mentors students and organizes
events like the Great Sales Debate. Her contributions continue to shape marketing education and
empower future business leaders.
