Dr. R.Deepa has a doctorate in HRM/OB from IIT Madras. She has over 15 years of teaching, research and industry experience. Out of this, she has 6 years of corporate experience in HR and Marketing, in various roles. Her research interests include Employer Branding, Talent Management, Technology-based Human Resource Management and Learning & Development. She has published papers in International peer- reviewed journals and presented papers in national and international conferences of repute.
