Dr. R. Deepa is an Associate Professor Professor at the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) in Chennai, specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She earned her PhD from IIT Madras and has over 16 years of experience in industry, teaching, and research. Her research interests include AI in HRM, DEI and Leadership. As Chair of the Centre for Leadership Excellence at LIBA, she organizes various leadership programs and has published extensively in reputable journals. Proficient in various statistical software like SPSS, AMOS, Process Macro, Bibliometrix and Vos Viewer, she has presented at national and international conferences of repute like the Academy of Management in USA.
