EXPERIENCE IN YEARS TEACHING/PRACTICE/INDUSTRY/RESEARCH : 24 years of teaching / 10 years of industry

Dr. Vandana is the Chair – LIBA Alumni Relations. She was awarded the Dewang Mehta Business School Award for “ Best Professor of Financial Management 2013’’ She has over 10 years of experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant and more than 24 years of experience as a teacher in Finance and related subjects. She has conducted re-orientation programmes for the telecom sectors and was also a visiting faculty member at ICAI and ICSI. Her doctoral work was in the area of Behavioral Finance. Her areas of research interest include Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Behavioural Finance. She is also a resource person for the Management Development Programmes conducted by the Institute. She teaches core and allied subjects related to Finance at LIBA.

Ms Vandana Zachariah is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is completed her PhD at Madras University in Behavioral Finance.
