SDP on Team Building Training

The Staff Development Programme (SDP) on Team Building training was conducted for the support staff of LIBA at Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium by Mr. Vigneshwar Kannan on 29^th October 2024. Through a series of collaborative problem-solving exercises and interactive discussions, participants had the opportunity to enhance their communication, teamwork, and ability to achieve shared goals. The session was well-received and proved to be a valuable opportunity for fostering better collaboration and cohesion within our organization.
