Staff Retreat 2025

The annual Staff Retreat was held on 29^th April and 1^st May 2025. Rev. Fr. Antony Robinson, SJ, Rector – Loyola College Institutions, gave the staff an inspiring message reflecting on the history, growth, and legacy of Loyola, urging them to remember the sacrifices of our predecessors and recognize the greatness of the institution. Rev. Fr. Poondy Rajan, SJ, Finance Controller, introduced the newly appointed Associate Director, Fr. Christuraja, SJ, following which LIBA Officials addressed the staff and expressed their gratitude for the support extended throughout the year. Staff from various units presented reviews of their activities for 2024–25, shared challenges faced and outlined their vision for 2025–26. Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun, SJ, Director – LIBA, encouraged the staff to remain rooted in Jesuit values, aligned with LIBA’s vision, and continue to be agile, skilled, and efficient. On day two staff visited Esthell Resorts on ECR, where they engaged in team building activities. The two-day retreat was a rejuvenating experience that helped staff renew their focus and enthusiasm in preparation for the academic year ahead.
