Students Ethics Conference 2025

The Centre for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance (CBEG) at LIBA hosted the Students Ethics Conference 2025 on 7th November 2025 on the theme “Boardroom Balance: The Role of Women Leaders on Corporate Boards of India.” With the objective of exploring the evolving role of women leaders in shaping strategic decisions and corporate governance and fostering dialogue on gender diversity and inclusive leadership, the conference aligned with LIBA’s vision of forming men and women for others. It also encouraged students to view leadership as a responsibility grounded in integrity, empathy, and service. Eminent speakers Dr. Srimathy Kesan, CEO of Space Kidz India and Mrs. Anuradha Vasudevan, Associate Vice President and Finance Controller at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance, shared powerful insights and engaged in thoughtful interactions with students, inspiring them to dream boldly, lead ethically, and contribute meaningfully to the corporate world and society at large.
