Thiruvonamutsavam 2024

On 11^th September 2024, Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) celebrated Thiruvonamutsavam 2024, a vibrant tribute to the Onam festival that highlighted the rich colours and traditions of Kerala. The event commenced with a devotional prayer song in Malayalam performed by Concordia along with Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun, SJ, Director-LIBA who delivered a heartfelt address to the gathering also in Malayalam. Symbolizing the blend of tradition and enlightenment, the ceremonial lamp was lit by officials and student representatives and the festivities continued with a captivating “Nirthya Sangeetham” performance by INARA, which beautifully combined dance and music, followed by a nostalgic musical presentation by the F24 batch students. The celebration was further enhanced by a solo vocal performance from Ms. Pavithra of the F24 batch, which enchanted the audience. Engaging activities for the students and a traditional Onam Sadhya, fully embracing the festive spirit with joy and contentment concluded the days festivities.
