Wellness Series
The Wellness Series, organized by the Centre for Wellbeing at LIBA, is an ongoing initiative designed to promote holistic well-being among the LIBA community, including students, faculty, and staff. In collaboration with Smart 7 Wellness led by Mr. Vijay, a trained Fitness and Wellness Coach, the series focuses on enhancing personal development and fostering effective leadership. In October, a series of one-hour fitness sessions was conducted for students, featuring new exercises that emphasized breathing techniques and joint health. For both students and staff, dance was incorporated as part of their physical workout, adding a fun and energetic component to the sessions. A staff session was conducted on 12th November 2024, where participants reported feeling more energized, with some seeking personal wellness advice from Mr. Vijay. The Wellness Series offers a holistic approach to promoting well-being, personal development, and leadership within the LIBA community.
