Wellness sessions for the staff and students
The Centre for Wellbeing, in collaboration with Smart 7 Wellness, organized a series of wellness sessions for both students and staff in February 2025 to promote physical and mental well-being. These engaging activities aimed to boost energy and improve overall health, with sessions held for different student sections on 24th, 25th, and 26th February, and a staff session on 28th February 2025. The student sessions featured a variety of interactive games and activities that energized participants, helping them assess their strength and fitness levels while boosting motivation. Staff session focused on exercises to strengthen the abdominal area and knees, along with a detailed teaching of Surya Namaskar for overall health benefits. Both students and staff appreciated the sessions, with many expressing a desire to continue practicing the techniques. The positive energy and improvements observed in participants clearly highlighted the success of these wellness initiatives.
