Workshop on LIBA’s Vision for the Staff

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of LIBA organized a Workshop on LIBA’s vision for its non-teaching staff on 21^st April 2025. Focusing on understanding and aligning with the institution’s vision and mission, Dr. Deepa R., Associate Professor of HR at LIBA, led the session emphasizing the crucial role of the non-teaching staff in contributing to the institute’s goals of nurturing socially responsible leaders and promoting academic excellence. The workshop encouraged staff members to reflect on how their daily responsibilities align with LIBA’s vision of fostering ethical leaders and its mission of providing a transformative, holistic education. Through interactive discussions, the session aimed to strengthen the staff’s sense of purpose, teamwork, and commitment to upholding LIBA’s values in their work.
