Are You Industry Ready?

On 19^th July 2024, Le Vox Populi, LIBA’s HR club, hosted the “Are You Industry Ready?” program for F23 HR specialization students. This initiative marked the beginning of the 2024 placement season, aiming to prepare students for their corporate careers. The event featured three notable HR experts: Mr. Sam Pradheepan, HR Digitalization Lead at Daimler Trucks, Mr. Ansil Selvaraj, Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits at Danfoss, and Ms. Jasmine Joseph, Specialist – Global Policy at TCS. Students actively interacted, posing questions about HR roles, and gained insights from the experts.
