Ignite 2024 – Freshers Day

The Freshers’ Day for the academic year 2024-25 was held on 26th July 2024, at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA). “Ignite” was the theme symbolizing the start of a new beginning. Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun, SJ, Director-LIBA, welcomed the F24 batch warmly followed by a captivating dance performance by LIBA’s dance team, INARA, which narrated a story through their choreography, and a medley of beautiful songs by the choir, Concordia. The highlight of the event was the Mr. and Ms. Fresher Contest, which concluded the festivities on a high note as contestants showcased their talents and energized the audience. This event aimed to build community and foster bonding among new students while emphasizing key management skills, including analytical thinking, value-based leadership, and lifelong learning. It also highlighted the importance of applying management theories to solve business challenges and effective teamwork and leadership skills.
