SDP on Work Culture

The Staff Development Program (SDP) for the non-teaching staff of LIBA was held on 27^th August 2024. Rev. Fr. Poondy Rajan, SJ, Finance Controller – LIBA, took the session on  “Work Culture at LIBA.” It emphasized the importance of fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment, which is crucial for enhancing the overall work culture. Participants were guided on how to align individual and institutional goals, contributing to both their professional growth and the institution’s success. The program aimed to create staff awareness of the significance of maintaining a supportive environment that boosts employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational success.
