The fifth session of the Beyond Management Initiatives (BMI) at LIBA, held on 9th October 2024 featured Mr. Manoj Suriya, Founder of Tent N Trek, The Branding Dude, and What a Karwad. He spoke on the topic “Entrepreneurship in the Digital Era,” discussing how successful and innovative entrepreneurs can be. Mr. Suriya also shared his own entrepreneurial experiences with our students. The objective of the Beyond Management Initiatives is to have an ongoing Industry connect and also expose a student to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
