Wellness sessions for the staff and students of LIBA
In January 2025, the Centre for Wellbeing organized a series of energizing wellness sessions for students and staff, led by Mr. Vijay from Smart 7. These sessions, held on 16th and 22nd January for students and on 30th January for staff, aimed to promote physical and mental well-being by offering practical tools to boost energy and improve health. Both students and staff participated enthusiastically, reporting a significant increase in vitality and motivation. Continuing these initiatives would help foster a lasting culture of well-being within the community.
