Leadership Lecture Series #3

The Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE) successfully hosted the third session of its Leadership Lecture Series on 26^th February 2025. Titled “A Founder’s Take on Entrepreneurship, Careers, and Technology,” the event featured Ms. Sangeetha Balasubramaniam, CEO and Founder of Thinkinfinity Technology and Consulting Pvt Ltd., Chennai and Thinkinfinity Inc., USA, as the keynote speaker. During her lecture, Ms. Balasubramaniam offered valuable insights into the entrepreneurial journey, highlighting key factors that contribute to success in both technology and business careers. She centered her talk around the “4 Ps” – Patience, Passion with Intent, Perseverance, and Practice – which she identified as fundamental pillars of entrepreneurial achievement. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where students had the opportunity to discuss career navigation, launching startups, and stepping into leadership roles within the tech industry.
