Inauguration of the Mini-MBA Programme 2025–2026

The inauguration of the Mini-MBA Programme 2025–2026 was held on 6th September with 23 participants – transgender individuals and single mothers. Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun SJ, Director – LIBA, gave the inaugural address where he acknowledged the support of SUDAR NGO and THOZHI organization, and welcomed the participants, emphasizing that the key aim of the programme was to foster dignity and independence in the lives of the participants who so far had been shunned in society. Ms. Sabitha, Programme Manager from THOZHI, expressed gratitude and commitment to active participation, while Dr. Pradeep E, Chair of Prof. C.K. Prahalad Centre for Emerging India (CKPC), outlined the course details and encouraged participants to remain dedicated throughout the programme. The launch of this initiative aimed at inclusion, empowerment, and professional development for transgenders who would go out and make a dignified living in society. In this way LIBA is committed to making a difference in the lives of the marginalized and those in the peripheries of society.
