BMI Session 08

The eighth session of the Beyond Management Initiative (BMI) 2025–26, held on 30th October 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in the Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium, featured Mr. Roger R, LIBA alumnus (F23) and HR Business Partner at Mahindra & Mahindra. Titled “Dancing through Leadership: Lessons from the Stage to the Boardroom,” the session emphasized how passion and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities can cultivate essential leadership skills such as adaptability, teamwork, and stage presence. Mr. Roger also guided students on defining their career goals by focusing on purpose and personal values, encouraging them to align their professional paths with their individual passions.
