Great Sales Debate – 3
The Markit Club of LIBA, in collaboration with the Centre for Sales Excellence (CSE), conducted the third edition of the Great Sales Debate (GSD) 2025–26 on 25th September 2025 in Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium. Centered on the topic “Tech Tools vs Gut Feeling – Which one should the Sales Manager rely on?”, the debate explored the evolving balance between data-driven decision-making and instinct in sales. Moderated by Mr. Rishab Jain, Assistant Market Research Manager at CavinKare, the discussion highlighted that while technology enhances precision, intuition continues to shape real-time judgment, making their integration essential for future sales leaders. The event encouraged students to think critically and articulate strong arguments, with Mr. Ashish RJ winning the Best Speaker Award. A group photo concluded the session, leaving participants with fresh insights on harmonizing logic and instinct in sales.
