Leadership Lecture Series – I

On 22^nd August 2024, the Centre for Leadership Excellence hosted the inaugural session of its Leadership Lecture Series at Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium. The event featured Mr. K. Sudeep, Vice President of Human Resources – BFSI at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), as the distinguished speaker. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Sudeep provided invaluable insights into leadership, global HR trends, and the future of talent management in an increasingly digital world. The aim of the session was to help students understand essential leadership qualities, grasp the context and challenges leaders face, and navigate the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world. It also aimed to prepare students for the corporate world by offering a glimpse into the exciting challenges ahead through leadership stories and anecdotes from experienced leaders.
