Empowering school teachers in Chennai slums
Session – 2
CKP Centre organised an Orientation Program for the School teachers of Chennai. The Orientation Program was led by Dr. C. Joe Arun, Director, LIBA on the concept “Disruptive Learning.”
The second session for the orientation addressed the Inter Personal dynamism that is prevalent in a Learning environment.
This part of the orientation was led by Dr. A. Siluvairaja. He started on an interactive mode about the issue faced by teacher’s with students, Colleagues and Management. The Session highlighted on two areas, One Inter Personal dynamics and Experiential Learning Methodology.
The session started with Transaction analysis-Behaviour type, Ego states, Transaction Types, Life Position and Assertiveness. The whole Session went on a discussion mode using the Tamil movie “ Mullum Malarum” analysing the Lead characters in the movie.
Through this session the teacher’s understood the importance of aliveness, innovation and how to approach conflicts in Inter Personal relations.
