Sustainability Talk Series: Second Edition
On 5th August 2025, the Centre for Sustainability Excellence organised the second edition of the Sustainability Talk Series, reaffirming its commitment to responsible leadership. The session, themed “Circular Economy Practices in Sustainable Chocolate Making,” was introduced by Arjun of F24, emphasizing innovation, ethical sourcing, and waste minimization in the food industry. The keynote speaker, Mr. L Nitin Chordia—India’s first certified chocolate taster and Co-founder of Kocoatrait—shared his inspiring journey of building India’s first bean-to-bar, zero-waste chocolate brand rooted in circular economy principles. His story highlighted the potential of sustainable entrepreneurship to balance profitability with environmental and social responsibility, leaving the audience motivated to champion responsible innovation in their own leadership journeys.
