BMI – 4

On 20^th September 2023 the 4th session of BMI was spearheaded by Mr. Swapnesh Sebastian on the topic Embracing the Customer Experience Paradigm. The session started with a video introduction of the guest and his current ventures. He then delved into the session with reality of what to expect from life after graduation. An alum of Stanford University, Mr. Sebastian   elaborated on the difference between Experience and Exposure. He then posed various examples to evaluate the student’s opinions and decision-making skills.
