BMI Session 06

The sixth session of the Beyond Management Initiatives (BMI) for the year 2025–26, titled “Game Changers: Inspiring Leadership On & Off the Field,” was held on 15th October 2025 and featured two distinguished speakers—Mrs. Sabestina Kennet, Group Head of Customer Relations at Gurudev Koda, and Mr. Malcolm Nathan, Deputy Manager at Deloitte. Both speakers delivered inspiring talks on achieving success by blending professional ambition with personal passion. They emphasized how discipline and resilience developed through pursuits such as cycling and sports can significantly enhance corporate performance. The session provided students with practical frameworks for building mental toughness, managing time effectively, and developing strong leadership skills, preparing them to navigate the challenges of an increasingly complex career landscape.
