Chrysalis 2025

Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) hosted the 29th edition of its flagship event, a National Inter-Collegiate Annual Management Fest – Chrysalis’2025, on 12^th February 2025, under the theme “AIvolution”. With an overwhelming response of 2,000 registrations, over 700 students from various institutions participating in 16 competitive events, delving into the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in modern business. Distinguished speakers included Mr. K. Ashok Vardhan Shetty, IAS, Former Vice-Chancellor of Indian Maritime University, and Ms. Jayanthi Shivakumar, Director – Human Resources, RRD GO Creative, Chennai, along with other industry experts, who offered valuable insights and inspired future business leaders. Chrysalis’2025 featured LIBANOID, the official event mascot, symbolizing the fusion of AI and human intelligence and provided students with a dynamic platform to exhibit their skills, challenge their intellect, and gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven business strategies.
