Entrepreneurship Master Series (EMS) – 1

On 11th September 2025, the Espire Club at LIBA hosted the first edition of the Entrepreneurship Master Series with Mr. Kumar Jayant, IAS, Chairman & MD of TIIC, as the keynote speaker. Welcomed by Prof. P.C. Lakshmi Narayanan, Dean-Academics, and honoured by Dr. K. Sethupathy, Faculty Coordinator, Mr. Jayant delivered an engaging, slide-free session on entrepreneurship as the art of taking calculated risks in response to market and technological shifts. Drawing from global icons like KFC and Steve Jobs as well as Indian startups like OYO, he emphasized resilience, innovation, and persistence as keys to long-term success, while underlining the role of team building, networks, and government support systems for startups and MSMEs. The session concluded with Espire Club’s badge distribution and a memento presentation, leaving students inspired with practical insights on opportunity recognition, discipline, and vision in entrepreneurship.
