FDP on Inculcating Growth Mindset, Embracing Challenges and Continuous Learning for Loyola Academy, Vadamelpakkam

The Management Development Centre (MDC) at LIBA conducted a one-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Inculcating a Growth Mindset, Embracing Challenges, and Continuous Learning” on 26th March 2025. Rev. Fr. Y. Poondy Rajan, SJ, Finance Controller – LIBA, warmly welcomed the 65 participants of the inaugural cohort. Participants explored evolving school dynamics, teacher empowerment within the framework of NEP 2020, classroom and stress management, peer relations, and inclusive education. The programme offered practical strategies to foster a growth mindset and promote continuous learning among both teachers and students.
