Feast Day Special Sale
The Centre for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, LIBA organized a Special Sale in conjunction with the Feast Day Celebrations of St. Ignatius of Loyola on 26th July 2023. The event aimed to uphold the spirit of “Cura Personalis” i.e., care for the individuals, following in the footsteps of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Handmade items, crafted by patients at the Institute of Mental Health in Kilpauk, were put up for sale, with the proceeds going towards supporting the patients and their well-being. The event proved to be a huge success, drawing large number of the members of LIBA Fraternity who showed their support for this noble cause. The primary objective of the Special Sale was to contribute to the betterment of the lives of patients at the Institute of Mental Health. Additionally, the event aimed to foster a sense of solidarity and responsibility among the LIBA fraternity towards the larger society, encouraging individuals to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need. LIBA’s efforts have exemplified the true spirit of St. Ignatius of Loyola, fostering a compassionate and caring community that extends support to those in need. The success of the Special Sale serves as a testament to the power of collective action and highlights the potential of similar initiatives to create a positive impact on society.
