Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola
The Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola – the patron saint of LIBA, was celebrated at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) on 29th July 2024. Rev. Dr. J. Antony Robinson, SJ, Rector – Loyola College Institutions, garlanded the statue of St. Ignatius, followed by a prayer song performed by the LIBA Choir and a dispositional prayer. Rev. Fr. C Joe Arun, SJ, Director – LIBA, welcomed the gathering, after which the prayer of petitions and a prayer of generosity was led by Rev. Fr. Poondy Rajan, Finance Controller -LIBA. Fr. Rector then wished all who had gathered Feast Day greetings and Dr. Deepa R., Assistant Professor, Human Resources, and Dr. R. Arun Prasad, Assistant Professor, Marketing, shared their insights on what they have learned from the Ignatian way of life. The celebration concluded with a lively dance performance by INARA and the LIBA anthem sung by the Choir.
