The MARK-it Club, in collaboration with the Centre for Sales Excellence (CSE), organized a debate on “AI Chatbot or Human Sales Team: Who Builds Better Customer Trust?” on 24th October 2025, bringing together marketing enthusiasts to explore the balance between technology and human connection in sales. Moderated by Mr. Milan Abraham of Standard Chartered Bank, the session featured Aaron Thomas and Krisha Narayan advocating for AI chatbots’ efficiency and scalability, while Nanditha Shyam and Rosvin Joseph highlighted the empathy and personalization of human sales teams. The debate was intellectually stimulating, engaging the audience in meaningful dialogue on the evolving dynamics of sales, showcasing analytical skills, communication, and real-world insights in persuasive argumentation.
