LIBA-MDC launches four industry-driven Certificate Programmes
The Management Development Centre (MDC) at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) launched four professional programmes in early August 2025, aimed at equipping participants with industry-relevant skills. The three-month Diploma in Applied Data Science launched on 2nd August 2025, began with resource person Mr. Karthik Veer, offering training in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and GenAI tools like OpenAI Playground and Streamlit, culminating in real-time projects. On 3rd August 2025, three Certificate Programmes were inaugurated — Digital Marketing, with resource persons Dr. R Arun Prasad and Mr. Vengatesan, covering SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Web Analytics; Logistics & Supply Chain Management, with resource person Dr. L. Aravindh Kumaran, providing insights into logistics, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and supply chain strategy; and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with resource person Mr. Kidambi Srinivasan, focusing on process improvement, waste reduction, and data-driven decision-making. All programmes combined practical tools, expert guidance, and hands-on learning to prepare participants for career advancement and impactful industry contributions.
