Logistics Conclave

The Logistics Conclave 2023 on the theme The Role of AI in Logistics and Supply Chain Management was organized by the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management, LIBA on 9^th September 2023 at the Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium. Prof. P.C. Lakshmi Narayanan, Dean Academics,  set the tone for the conclave and Prof. P. Chandiran, Chair – Operations & Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management gave a briefing on the conclave and the topics that would be covered. The keynote speaker Mr. S. Vinod Kumar, Hyundai Motor India Limited addressed the session on sourcing and supply chain management with a case study followed by the Inauguration of Arista – The Operations Club of LIBA. The second session was a panel discussion moderated by Dr. T.C. Guinness Girivasan. The aim of the conclave was to enhance understanding and awareness of AI’s potential in the logistics industry to students.
